The Philosophy of Balance

At Balance of Power, we hold that men are, and always have been, a political underclass. This fact is self-evident. The examples of it are ubiquitous-male-only conscription, the lack of research into diseases that primarily affect men, the shorter male lifespan, and the criminalizing of male sexuality via sexual harassment policies that only address male courtship strategies and overlook female sexual advances.

We hold that the contract between ourselves and our governments was broken the day those governments granted 100% control over reproductive rights to females.

We hold that Patriarchy is a wise and noble system of governance, the only system in fact, under which the interests of all people will be represented, as it has become evident in the last 40 years that any other system will be usurped by unscrupulous females seeking entitlements, who are indisposed by their very nature to extend political equality or even basic civil rights to men.

It is time for a new revolution,of men,by men, and for men, so that our sons and their sons may live with the freedoms that we never had,and our forefathers took for granted.

  1. “Balance of power”.

    I like that!

This has been the center of my thinking, too!

I am glad that you mentioned the “contract”, and the fact that it is broken. (Voided, as I like to say!)

It had not occurred to me to use reproductive freedom as a marker in the way that you have done. To me, the social contract was broken by a long list of things – many of which could have broken the camel’s back all by themselves, but cumulatively made it happen in true overkill style! 😉

I like the “political MRA/policy wonk” slant that you seem to be developing, and I will be interested to see where you go with this!

    • Thanks. I have plenty more posts in the works.

      Don’t be a stranger,bro.

  2. Good stuff, my man-I look forward to more… 🙂

  3. This is interesting, I like to repost on Woman to Woman, http://woman2womansite.wordpress.com

  4. ‘The person manages his own website that more or less publishes articles in overt resistance to women’s independence, liberation, and development, all in the name of modern day patriarchalism.’

This is why it’s completely pointless to engage in any dialogue with women period. So stupid.

    • No, lately it has been feminists who oversteps our ability to be a better for whom of which wishes to use us as dependencies without fault.

  5. Perhaps, it would be good to allow the benefit of reading the entire article. Who’s up for it? Here is the full article BATTLE OF THE SEXES: Will it Ever End? Follow this link….http://woman2womansite.wordpress.com/2010/09/27/battle-of-the-sexes-will-it-ever-end/

    I heard that,brother.

“…we hold that men are, and always have been, a political underclass.”

    BAHAHAHAHAHA!

This is a parody site, right?

I mean, you cannot have properly studied history, economics, politics, etc., without realizing the outlandish nature of these statements.

    Read a fucking book.

    • I can’t wait for you to read the books that have double standards and then the ones which strip us males of everything while the other side gets the plus.

  8. Great post. I used to be checking constantly this weblog and I’m impressed! Extremely useful information particularly the closing part 🙂 I deal with such info much. I was looking for this certain information for a very long time. Thank you and best of luck.

  9. I read this piece of writing fully concerning the difference of newest and earlier technologies, it’s amazing article.

  10. Oh my fucking God, I can’t.

  11. Amazing blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little
lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so
many choices out there that I’m completely overwhelmed ..
    Any recommendations? Kudos!

  12. You know what? Your absolutely right. I got trapped when I was 21. I had to drop out, and find a job. Most of the guys at work went thru the same thing. All while we watched our sisters get graduate degrees and abortions, on demand. Everyone knows this is what’s going on. The MHRM is the only one talking about it. Reproductive rights are the key. When men get to choose to become fathers, then this will all change. Until then boycott marriage at all costs, and take care of yourselves!

    • I was trapped as well. I looked for love but could never figure out what was there in her head Now that I know much about emotionally abusive women I can say she was using me. There are good women too I have seen caring women they always carry a smile which touches their eyes.

  13. I individually have discovered no problems shedding lida daidaihua slimming capsule whilst around the tablet.. but every person is different… so for you personally it may well be more durable while for me it is less complicated.

  14. I visited this site as a feminist who is questioning the anti-male activity I’ve seen in the group. Open minded and interested in reading about men’s experiences and how male privilege may indeed be a myth as I am beginning to suspect.

I found some of your content interesting and valid but when you are called “balance of power” and still advocate the efficacy of a patriarchal system then I lost hope that this was a decent website.

I’m sick of telling feminists to stop being hypocrites and being discriminatory of men because it’s doing exactly what they claim to be against. And now it seems you are doing the exact same thing that they are from the other side.

When the fuck are both of you going to WAKE THE HELL UP

    • Well, I’m here because – as a male – I grew up believing – and still believe – in fundamental human “equality.” Of course the word itself is vacuous. What does it mean? Forgetting the lack of an operational definition for “equality” – I think we could focus on “dignity and respect” and “decency.” My home was a matriarchy. Mother really ran things, and abused dad quite liberally. My sister being much older was the “favored son.” The idea of my _not_ being a “feminist” was an impossibility basically. And I still am, but after enduring years of abuse and seeing the slam campaign against men on everyday television… I come to realize that not all is as it seems. Worse yet, for some reason, many women seem to define themselves in terms of all the bad things that men can be: tough, mean, hardass, fighters, pricks, etc. Does that seem right to anyone? Not to me.

Do we acknowledge “gender differences?” Or are we working to become sort of an androgynous middle person? Sounds scary to me.

One thing I have concluded – as a male – I am not responsible for the history of abuses against women. I have never claimed “male privilege” and I know some people feel that there is one… a pre-existing male-centered privilege… so my meals are cheaper, my clothes are better, my bosses are kinder… total crap, but if that’s what you believe, I suggest you dress as a male for awhile and see. 🙂

      • The story of “history of abuses against women” is exaggerated and one-sided. For every abuse of women, there were many more abuse of men. But feminists don’t want to recognise it.

      • “I’m not responsible for past abuses of woman”

White people are responsible for past abuses of people of colour. The long lasting effects of those abuses however are still prominent today. You ignoring those issues that stem from the acts of a group you actively belong to, or even better – you being unable to see them in the first place – is your privledge.

    • How is this site discriminating against women? The author has written a bold article to expose feminist myths. Nothing more.

      • I agree – what is she talking about? I can tell you, I have no interest in “broad-axe” political discrimination. Although I am interested in “discriminating” (personally) against power-seeking a-holes. They’re all around and neither gender, race, creed, nor profession provides sufficient identifying marks to effectively get them out of the world.

  15. To all the men here, I pity your daughters. Don’t reproduce, please.

    • I pity you! You need psychiatric treatment.

      • I used to be a male feminist, Democrat. Until I had a lesbian hud worker tell me that “we don’t need men”

    • Yes, my wonderful daughter would dismiss your nonsense claptrap right off the bat, because she is fully empowered – and _adores_ me. I will do all I can for the rest of my life to encourage her to make her own decisions, be as confident as possible and to do better than survive and to pursue her dreams where possible! Men… and supporting females – give me a rousing “eff you!”

  19. Hey! Here’s another privilege you can add on to this list: Women with a speech impediment such as a lisp are still viewed as cute and doesn’t detract from women’s attractiveness, whereas men with lisps are viewed as “stupid, weird, or slow” and will not be taken seriously.
